Google Drive
Connected — auto-saving active
Sign in with Google to enable auto-save. Vault only accesses the single file it creates — it cannot see any other files in your Drive.
Network Location / NAS
Enter your server URL and credentials, then connect. Every change will be written automatically. Your credentials are stored only in this browser.
Compatible with: Nextcloud, Synology NAS, QNAP, TrueNAS, or any WebDAV server. The server must allow requests from this browser (CORS enabled).
Local File
Choose a file location to enable auto-save. Once linked, every change is written automatically. Loading a file gives you the choice to merge or replace your current data.
Browser Storage

Your data is saved inside this browser on this device only. Nothing leaves your device and no file is created — Vault stores everything in browser local storage.

No backup
Your data exists only in this browser. It will be permanently lost if you clear your browser data, uninstall the browser, or switch to another device or browser.
For a recoverable backup, use Local File instead — it saves to a file you control.
